Private Labeling

Performing Science is proud to announce its new private labeling division. If you are a dietary supplement manufacturer, label, distributor / retailer, we offer private labeling of our effervescent technology. Our manufacturer has been producing effervescent products for over 30 years and is the leading laboratory in the effervescent technology that's protected by several world wide patents.

You may choose our existing products or any of your existing or new products, providing they are suited for effervescence. Most vitamin, minerals and botanicals can be made in either single or combination formulations. We use the highest quality ingredients with UPS grades as the minimum. In most cases mega dosage formulations are possible, offering the superior delivery system of effervescence as an alternative to the dosage limited inhalants and sublingual supplementation.

Procedures for private labeling

Once you know what product(s) you like to market in the effervescent form, you will need to submit to us an application for private labeling, (info@performingscience.com), with the desired nutrient combination and preferred form, e.g., zinc picolinate, and we will formulate and sample this product. During this process we will learn if the desired combination, especially if the requested forms of the nutrients are suitable for effervescence. Once the desired formulation is achieved, the art work for the label(s) must be completed, approved and proof read for import by an FDA specialized attorney at your cost. Following that, the relevant printing plates for the printing of the packaging tubes must be cut and the tubes printed.

Prices, conditions & time

There will be a one time printing plate fee (prices available upon request with application for private labeling). At this point the minimum private labeling production per product and flavor is 300,000 tablets (15000 tubes). Pricing for the tablets greatly depend on the formulation and current prices for the desired nutrients, and will be quoted after the products formulation is feasible. All quotes, packaged product, are FOB Europe and transportation and duty costs apply (aprox.7%-8% surcharge).

All orders must be secured with a transferable, irrevocable LC (letter of credit) with one of the worlds AAA rated banks. Although the formulation / sample period can take as long as 8 weeks, the production leeway is 6-8 weeks prior to desired shipping date. Shipping and customs take about 3 weeks. [ Back ]

Distributor

If you are a vitamin label or company, retail store or chain, whole seller or distributor, or an e-commerce store* for dietary supplements or cosmetics and like to carry our product line for resale, please contact info@performingscience.com.

Our minimum orders for retail stores, e-stores and individuals is 2 cases (100 units) per product, shipping included. To qualify you must have a business license for reselling or distributing dietary supplements issued from the state you like us to ship to. Also you must use your resale's and or taxpayer ID when ordering from us, otherwise we will have to charge the appropriate sales tax if shipped within California.

If you would like to buy our product at a distributor's discount, you'll need a password to sign-in after logging on to the distributor page via the distributor button on our home page. Please contact us with your name, e-mail address, phone and fax numbers, and resale tax ID number, and we will send you your password.

Licensing (Exclusive Distributor)

If you are interested in becoming an exclusive sales licensee, please send us a message to info@performingscience.com with the country of your choice. We will notify you if this country is still available or currently being negotiated. To obtain an exclusive sales license, you may offer one or more of our products in your country of choice. Here are the the annual minimum / initial quantities per product you must purchase to qualify for an exclusive:

Return Policy
