Conditions of Delivery
All orders placed before 02:00 PM are sent out the same day by certified mail (Postal Service).
Delivery in Austria takes 2-3 working days. In Germany and Switzerland, delivery can take up to 10 days. In our experience, however, the average is 5 days.
Right of Return
We guarantee 100% for the quality, composition, stability (invariance) and expiration date of our product.
In case you are not satisfied with our product, you can return it within 30 days of receipt and at least 3 months prior to the expiration date of the goods.
- Please let us know the reason for returning
- Please send it back with ≥ 50% of the contents
- If you bought more than one package, please also return the additional packages, unopened
- Please, only send the product to our storehouse for the EU in London, England.

Within 7 working days after receipt of the goods, we will refund the product price to your credit card, without delivery charges.
Product Liability
Performing Science, LLC, is responsible for questions concerning our products, content, liability, quality, specifications, approval within the US, and production. If you think you bought a fake, please contact us—by means of the production number and expiration date, we can easily determine if it is indeed a fake!
Note: Our YouthGH® is packaged in a transparent shrink wrapping. It has no outer packaging and no package leaflet. Only on the label on the bottle, there is an alphanumeric production code / expiration date, for example AFF1207, where AFF is the production code, and 1207 the expiration date (December 2007). Or, there is a 6-digit expiration date / production code, for example 060706 the expiration date is June 2007, and the production code 06.
All goods with outer packaging and package leaflet may have been packaged subsequently by the importer, distributor or vendor.
This may not necessarily be a fake, but a marketing decision made by the importer / wholesaler.
